Which burner parts or components are required to have regular maintenance and upkeep ?
In view of the fixity of the burner use, the service life of the burner host is generally very long, and some key burner accessories will need to be repaired or replaced due to wear and tear during long-term repeated use. The following burner accessories require regular maintenance:
Flame detector
Flame detectors are mainly used for the monitoring of gas or fuel oil flames. Flame detectors are used to monitor the calibration of gas flames, yellow or blue fuel combustion flames, and ignition sparks.
The flame detector ensures the safe and smooth operation of the burner by monitoring the flame signal fed back by the UV rays generated by the gas or fuel flame.
Gas solenoid valves
The gas solenoid valve is a safety emergency shut-off valve device suitable for city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and other gases, and is a thermal fuel.
In the burner system, it can be connected with the gas leakage alarm system or other intelligent alarm control terminal modules to realize on-site or remote automatic/manual emergency shut-off of the gas source to ensure the overall gas safety of the burner and thermal equipment.
Ignition transformer
An ignition transformer is a device that provides enough energy for the burner to ignite fuels such as pulverized coal and oil (gas) in an instant and stabilize the flame.
It is mainly composed of power supply, ignition coil, distributor, ignition switch, spark plug, additional resistor and its short-circuit device, high and low voltage wires, etc.
The burner realizes the low-voltage conversion of high-voltage through the ignition transformer, and generates high-temperature discharge sparks in the small gap of the ignition electrode, so as to play the role of ignition.
Oil pressure sensor
The oil pressure sensor is an important part of the burner host system, which is used for pressure measurement and control, accurate measurement of the pressure to be measured, and timely transmission of the test results to the subsequent display or control.
Oil pressure sensors are widely used in various industrial automatic control environments, involving water conservancy and hydropower, construction machinery, aerospace, transportation, petrochemical, machine tools, pipelines and many other industries.
The above-listed parts are several burner accessories that must be maintained periodically after the burner is in operation.
