Burner parts and related components can be divided into six functional systems, according to their functions, there are six categories of burner accessories & spare parts like : main structure, control system, ignition system, fuel supply system, combustion system and power system.
Main structure
This part forms the main structure and profile of the burner. It includes the housing and related spare parts, and the products on other functional systems are installed on the main structure.
Control system
This part of the product includes controllers, servo mechanisms (motors and hydraulic cylinders), flame monitors, pressure or temperature switches, etc.
- Controller: The core part of burner control, including the process management controller called the proportional regulator, and the gas leakage detector responsible for detecting valve leaks, etc., are responsible for collecting and triggering the signals of each action, which is equivalent to the brain of the burner.Commonly used brands are SIEMENS, BRAHMA, HONEYWELL, etc. Among them, SIEMENS is widely used.
- Servo mechanism: all electric servo motors and mechanical transmission hydraulic cylinders are classified as control systems, the reason is that the former and the program controller constitute a closed-loop control system, the power source of the latter comes from the oil pump, and the instructions to execute the action are actually triggered by the controller, and control the opening and closing of the damper.
- Flame Monitor: actually, the only things that can monitor the flame are photoresistors and photocells, as well as ion probes that detect flame ions. These include photocells QRB1, QRB3, QRA2, FC13, QRA2, QRA2M, QRA53, QRA55, QRI2B2, etc.
- Pressure and temperature switches: Broadly speaking, they should be referred to as pressure sensor or temperature sensors. Among them, the gas switch in the pressure switch: the gas switch, which is mostly used for gas control of the gas burner, and the air pressure switch is used to control the air (if there is no wind pressure generated by forced air supply, the power supply of the whole machine is cut off). Temperature switches are mostly used to control the heating temperature of high-viscosity fuels, such as heavy oil or residual oil.
Ignition systems
This part includes ignition transformers, ignition electrodes, and high-voltage wires.
- Ignition transformer: A product used to generate a high-voltage current and ignite the burner by discharging it through the electrode tip.
Ignition electrode: usually composed of ceramic and sparkling wire, the main brands are Beru, Maxon, Eclipse, Yamataha.
Fuel supply system
Fuel supplying is one of the more complex systems, in fact, the mechanical products involved in this system are far more complicated than the electrical products on the control system. It includes:
- Oil pumps, oil nozzles, fuel heaters, oil cups, oil pipes, fuel solenoid valves
- gas valves (including gas solenoid valves), gas pressure regulators, and gas filters, etc.
Combustion system
The level of the combustion system determines the technical level of a burner.
This part of the product includes burners, forced air supply blower impellers, flame discs, oil guns, air core tubes, and built-in or external diffusion heads, all these constitutes the air-fuel premix unit.
